Resolving this required multiple home visits, along with detailed photos comparing cushion measurements from both the showroom and my home. Returning the damaged tables was straightforward. However, my experience with customer service regarding the sofa was disappointing. I was informed that Century, the manufacturer, offered either a 10% discount if I accepted the sofa as-is or a full refund. I was stunned to learn that Century would not remake the sofa because, as stated, "the same thing could happen again."
