Easily the most uncomfortable seats I've ever encountered in countless means of travel. The pitch for leg room was extremely prohibitive and the obtrusive seat belt latch point between the seats left severe bruises on my legs from trying to stretch out over two seats due to the lack of legroom. The air conditioning was kept so cold that we had to wear winter clothes and blankets in record hot summer temperatures which meant we were hot outside every time we stopped. The ONLY reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is the friendliness of most of the drivers.

They were responsive, timely, courteous, etc. Windstar worked with me at the last minute to get a larger bus, which most companies probably would not do days before an event. The bus was beautiful and transported all our guests safely to and from the venue.
