The instructors are committed, hard working and enthusiastic, they value each child and every child is treated as an individual. This club encourages students to be the very best they can be both as martial artists and as people. The chief instructor Kyoshi John Richards is an inspiration and was recently recognised in an award ceremony for his outstanding contribution to martial arts. Don't be intimidated by this, the club is very friendly and welcoming and many long standing friendships are forged during training. The instructors are very helpful and you feel just by talking to them that they really know there stuff. They're even happy to demonstrate. I was only after information and prices and they are quite competitive. (be careful with all the steps that you have to climb though). They've been based here in the Chinese Quarter for a while and have also built up a loyal customer base. The customer service is good and i liked how they have a lot of other treatments that many establishments like this typically don't offer, for example, massages, reflexology and weight training. If your after that discipline that teaches you the best of self defence, I'd call in here. I was a little overwhelmed being just a beginner, and although I'm glad I checked them out, not one for me.
