I've been attending PBCC for a few years now and figured it was time to write a review. So, here…read moreit goes... PBCC is a nontraditional church held in a performing arts theatre. The opening band is phenomenal - rock star quality with humble performers that have no idea how good they are. Actually, I don't even think they care how good they are as long as God is glorified in a very real, practical, and relevant way. The pastors seem authentic but not stuffy and bring a lot of the Bible into their messages. Once they start talking, it's so casual and practical that you feel like you're sitting in their living room. The use of media in the services provides a lot of humor too. The whole experience makes you want to come back next Sunday. It's a very friendly church, but not overly pushy. I like saying hi to the pastors and the band members in the lobby at the end of each service. It's cool to meet everyone and get to know them. They also have a lot of groups that meet during the week, so I've been able to meet a great group of friends. Lastly, there's always some community outreach going on, which I like. They even have a garden where they grow their own produce. Fresh idea for a fresh church! I like the culture there. If you're looking for a church in Palm Beach Gardens that's relaxed and comfortable that teaches the Bible in a real and relevant way, appreciates the arts, reaches out to the community, and guarantees an amazing worship experience, I totally recommend checking this church out. It's got all the right ingredients!

My oldest started pre-k 3 here last year. She LOVES IT. Made so many friends. Yes, we had a few…read moredays where she said she didn't want to go to school, but we got over that... then summer came, & about half way through, she looked at me and said "mommy, I miss school"... everyone knows her. (To be fair; it's hard not to, my kid is very social), but... we have now rolled our 2 yo in the pre k 2 class. And she's a bit more reserved. Follows her sisters reaction to people. But it seems that every single volunteer/teacher/& of course, the very sweet director, knew my 2yo before she even started. Just from picking my older one up last year and sometimes bringing my 2 yo with. I only have 2 suggestions. I wish there were cameras in the classrooms and in the halls. And... last year, the teacher had a fb group for her class. I looked forward to checking it throughout the day to see how my daughter was doing. What she was doing. It was awesome. I'm only 1 week in for this year, but so far, her vpk teacher has posted nothing in regards to photos/videos.. very little communication. So, again. It's only been week 1. I'll update if she implements something better. For us parents, it's very important to feel like we know what our children are up to, learning about etc.. my 2yo class though, they take pics and update a few days/wk which is awesome! At any rate; it started with my oldest, now my youngest, and their cousin is now going as well. And that's just bc of our amazing experience last year.

Quaint church. Godly congregation, Awesome worship team and staff. I felt welcome the first time I…read morewalked through the doors.

The Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea…read more This is one of the most beautiful churches I've ever visited -- not just in Florida, but anywhere. The architecture feels very Italian-inspired, with stunning details, fresco-like elements, and a timeless elegance that immediately transports you somewhere in Europe. The grounds are just as magical as the building itself. There's a peaceful courtyard with a small pond where you can feed fish -- such a calming and quiet spot, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the moment. We've also attended their Easter celebration, and it's absolutely beautiful for families. They organize a children's egg hunt (5 eggs per child), but honestly, it's more about the experience than the quantity. The atmosphere is warm, festive, and incredibly well organized. People are genuinely kind and welcoming. One of the most memorable parts is the live organ music during Easter -- it creates such a powerful and almost mesmerizing atmosphere. Be prepared: if you plan to go inside the church on Easter, there is usually a long line. With kids, it can be a bit challenging. However, they thoughtfully provide a large outdoor screen with a live stream of the service, so you can still enjoy everything from the courtyard. Parking can be tricky -- mostly street parking around the church. A little tip: you can park near The Breakers Palm Beach and take a short walk, and the area itself is beautiful.

We go together and he doesn't like it cause it's not Methodist, he hates the music cause he doesn't know it. The church is beautiful inside and out. Lovely classy people who actually dress for church. I've been going there since the 80 s when on vacation, now I live here and go occasionally when not at a closer church.. singer island . Music pomp etc is fabulous. When you go here you know you've been to church! Love the anointing after the service!!! Oh and the President goes here.
