We told the director at the time what our situation was and she was ok with it. But soon after they complained every day about my kid just because she didn't like coming in from playing outside. My kid needed a little more prompting when it came to transitions. My kid also had some therapists to come in and work with them. My kid was also not there all day because my kid went to a public preschool in the morning and got dropped off for lunch and the rest of the day at Temple Beth. Teacher Robin absolutely had no patience for my child and she had no poker face about it. After a couple months the director gave me an ultimatum and said if I want my kid to continue at Temple Beth, then someone needs to be with my kid during daycare hours. So what's the point of me paying for this school? Fyi this happened in 2015-2016. I heard that teacher Robin is the Director now and I don't know how that lady got that position. I am so disappointed with this place. I finally got a call back from another preschool/daycare just in time with that ultimatum and left Temple Beth. The other preschool I took my kid to was understanding of my situation and worked with my kids therapists to help them have a successful day. After that, my kid thrived and everything got better.

The teachers here are kind, patients, smart, and deeply dedicated to the children they are caring for. I have a very sporadic schedule and have often dropped off and picked up at random times and it amazes me every time how playful and fun, yet calm and organized they always seem to be. Choosing a pre school for our smallest children is such a difficult decision and I am so grateful we chose this one. My child has been able to learn so much from all the wonderful lessons, teachers and cultural diversity. They are an inclusive, communicative, professional and child centered community, we love TBI!

Top 5 for most beautiful places in So. Cal. Arrived at 8:50am and was greeted by the gate guard. He…read moregave us a map, info, and guided us towards parking. There are plenty of parking spots for free. Entered the visitor center and was given a rundown by employee. Proceeded to the temple, which is the most incredible thing I've seen. It felt like we were transported out of Cali. You place your shoes on a shoe rack before proceeding up the stairs. The temple was beyond words. No phones, talking, hats or shoes allowed inside. Took the elevator to basement, where we walked through a museum before exiting back to the shoe rack. Went back to the visitor center, where we enjoyed browsing the gift store and cafe. There is an amazing selection of snacks. The experience was 10/10.

Beautiful, beautiful Hindu temple! Super glad I got the opportunity to stop by and see it. We made the mistake of following Google Maps' directions and it led us to a gate that was closed. Not being familiar with the location, we decided to just park on the street and walk until we found an open gate in the scorching sun that day. That was a mistake, although I suppose I appreciate the exercise. If you find gates closed, just drive around the venue until you find an open one. There's plentiful parking in the venue and it's free! Security will give you a sheet with a list of things not to do. FYI, there's a rule of no backpacks, but specifically this is in regards to large ones. I panicked a little bit because I always just have a small backpack on me in lieu of a purse, but the kind lady at check-in explained that it was fine. They allow photos of the outside of the temple, but no photos of the interior. Shame, but I completely understand. I really highly recommend visiting this place if you get the chance. This is by far the most beautiful and insanely detailed architectural temple I've seen in Socal. The interior was absolutely breathtaking. If I'm ever in the area again I'd stop by just to see it and take anyone else I know to see it.
