We also ordered the "stufatu de veau corse" (veal casserole with spaghetti). Both dishes were excellent. But I especially enjoyed the veal casserole. It had a tomato based sauce that was enriched with the flavors of the veal. It definitely hit the spot on a rainy day in Sartene. The service was polite and prompt.

Me and my friend had gone through several disastrous experiences in other restaurants/lunch places while visiting Ajaccio, that honestly left us traumatised! But Don Quichotte lifted our mood and made us feel welcomed. The waitress was approachable, warm and friendly. The owner came to greet us and ask us if everything was ok. The food was a bit rich (as you would expect from French cuisine), but tasty and the portions were good. The bread was decent. And the prices were ok. I recommend this place, and don't hesitate to let the staff know if you've had a long day and need more time to decide or need help choosing from the menu. When we visited, they were truly a pleasure to talk to.
