We've purchased couches, bedroom sets, tables and other items at Riley's throughout the years. The staff has always been fantastic. They don't Hound you but they are always there to help. They make their presence known, they guide you to the areas that you want to be and they let you do your own browsing. When it comes to couches and some other upholstered furniture, you typically have a number of options for upholstery textures, colors and patterns. A lot of these are at no extra charge. Delivery and assembly is also very affordable. A lot of the wood furniture, tables and bedroom sets and the like, they are particle board and laminated. But again, very durable and great for a growing family. With a growing family, you don't always have little ones who are as considerate about the furniture as the people paying for it might be. That being the case, you probably don't want to go out and spend $10,000 on a bedroom set for a small child. Like most furniture stores, Riley's has deals going almost all of the time. One only needs to address the muddy, pothole filled driveway to get that impression. DO NOT HIRE*****Todd Gifith Construction aka (Tropical Pools) installed a liner pool for us August…read more2020 and we only swam in it twice. The labor and materials were warranted for one year and he refused to fix our pool that had wrinkles all over the liner opened in April 2020 (less than one year). On top of the wrinkles the concrete he pourded has 2 long significant cracks. We gave him an opportunity to abide by the contract and he had his wife call us to tell us they would not be doing anything to fix the pool damage or even come out to asses the issue even though it has been less then one yea, they never had the intention to honor the warrantly. Todd often had a bad temper and lied throughtout the entire process. Him and his wife do not write in the contracts the warranty, I told Todd I wanted it in writting and he had me write it in and he signed below. We are now in contact with our lawyer to sue him for failure to comply and honor the warranty. We have spoken to a professional pool service and they examined the pool and agree it was due to improper installation. All they say when you request service is we are good people, we do good work we don't need to honor our warranty. Amy (his wife) said because we didn't have him close our pool the warranty was voided. Our contract does not say any where we had to have him close our pool, furthermore we did not have him close the pool because of all the lies and temper issue he had through the construction process. I will update as litigiation gets further. STAY AWAY from Todd Grifith Construction aka Tropical pools located at 96 Lakeview Place Wilmington, Ohio 45117.
