I visited the Telstra store on Friday morning. As I have a number of times before. I must say that the crew in this store are amazing. They are always friendly and willing to help. When I went in Friday Stacey asked how my t box was going and weather I used it I said yes of course my kids love the box especially the fact I had some of the Austar Chanel's. I'm really happy. Then She says how would you like to get full Austar and keep your t box at no extra charge. Woo HOO yes of course I did. Stacey served me about 12 month ago and helped me out with a problem I was having her service was amazing and she went out of her way to help me. And a year later still remembered me. I have people in my life iv met 3 or 4 times before who don't remember me. !! Telstra you should be very proud to have such an amazing staff member. #smcc#exploreshepparton read more

Visited the shop this morning (1/2/2016) to upgrade my iPhone. As I am retired and no longer drive and my passport is a bit long in the tooth, I could not be served even though I had Victorian Government Ids. As a Telstra customer for nearly 38 years I would not recommend this shop to anyone. There just after commission. By the way I picked up my new iPhone with a great deal from any other Telstra outlet - no problems read more

Telstra Store

MY REVIEW WILL BE BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE IN THIS STORE!!…read more Telstra is one of the most reliable and ultimately the biggest and best coverage (As of right now the only network with a 4G coverage in Shepparton) in Australia. But as uncle Sam says "with great power comes great responsibility. They have held that responsibility in some areas while abusing it in some other aspects of their business. This is however a public company and shareholders are always hungry for the rise of their shares. This stores design is modern, simple and beautiful with live devices to try out without the intimidation of customer server asking if you need any help. Which brings us to the next point which is customer service. I have found the customer service at this store to be generally very good. They have a large amount of staff to help people out with their queries fast and reliably. So Telstra, bring those prices down and please offer to give your customers some more data allowance without emptying their wallets and I promise that I will renew this review (given that Yelp will still allow me) a five star. Thanks

Naomi explained it simply and we decided on the 8.4" Galaxy Tab S, for the screen resolution and app availability. We also got the replacement warranty as well as a case, pen, and screen protectors. I will be shopping there again for my next phone, a Samsung Note 4 which Naomi let me know would fit perfectly with the Tab S.
