But as uncle Sam says "with great power comes great responsibility. They have held that responsibility in some areas while abusing it in some other aspects of their business. This is however a public company and shareholders are always hungry for the rise of their shares. This stores design is modern, simple and beautiful with live devices to try out without the intimidation of customer server asking if you need any help. Which brings us to the next point which is customer service. I have found the customer service at this store to be generally very good. They have a large amount of staff to help people out with their queries fast and reliably. So Telstra, bring those prices down and please offer to give your customers some more data allowance without emptying their wallets and I promise that I will renew this review (given that Yelp will still allow me) a five star. I visited the Telstra store on Friday morning. As I have a number of times before. I must say that…read morethe crew in this store are amazing. They are always friendly and willing to help. When I went in Friday Stacey asked how my t box was going and weather I used it I said yes of course my kids love the box especially the fact I had some of the Austar Chanel's. I'm really happy. Then She says how would you like to get full Austar and keep your t box at no extra charge. Woo HOO yes of course I did. Stacey served me about 12 month ago and helped me out with a problem I was having her service was amazing and she went out of her way to help me. And a year later still remembered me. I have people in my life iv met 3 or 4 times before who don't remember me. !! Telstra you should be very proud to have such an amazing staff member. #smcc#exploreshepparton
