I ask for the code to get out and they told me I should know it. I was accused of using the dumpster when I certainly didn't. Valerie was very confrontational and unhappy at her job, and was clearly a bad example for other employees working there that were trying to be hateful. I can pay storage money to a lot of other facilities. Facilities are not the problem (other than the front gate being left open for thieves), but the PURE BAD ATTITUDE AND ZERO HELP WITH A SIMPLE QUESTION THAT I ASKED ABOUT EXITING THE FACILITY.
