She had a lady sit in the passenger seat that was training and the entire drive test argued about directions as my 16 year old was trying to complete her test. Did not mark her off on anything but basically yelled at her and the instructor in training when we were done. The lady was completely unprofessional and made up things that did not happen because she sat in the back seat texting on her Apple Watch. I would never recommend this lady and feel very sorry for anyone training under her. I will be in touch with her direct supervisor!

The experience was wonderful from the start (e-mails planned out everything in detail) to the end of the trip (he gave me an awesome t-shirt when I returned the bike). I had a minor disaster (key broke off in luggage) but David handled it like a champion and didn't even charge me anything for his trouble. The service was top notch and the bikes are nearly new and perfectly maintained. I can't speak highly enough of this place and will certainly rent from them again if I need a bike in the area.
