Upfront, this is a restaurant chain that's in Madrid and maybe even all of Spain, I'm not sure…read more This is the second location I've visited and number two on the list, sadly.
The restaurant is located in the Kinépolis cinema complex, so parking is not a problem. The restaurant is large and has a lot of seating. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the service is fast; we had our food in almost no time.
Now, on to the food. The food is not the best I've had in this chain (hence the number two slot). The lomo was probably the best dish with a sweet cream sauce. The calzone was crispy but the inside was overly watery and it could definitely do without the drizzle of balsamic vinegar on top. The arrabbiata sauce was tasty but heartburn central (that's my own personal issue not a reflection on the restaurant). Lastly, the ratio of sauce to cheese on the pizza was totally off (virtually zero sauce) and the crust was more like a cracker.
Overall, this was not my favorite. The food was not what I have experienced in the other restaurant. I prefer the one in Pozuelo.
