Incredibly bad return policy. Brought a defective phone back after 30 days expecting a refund. Nope. The manager told me phone was in good working order (it did work when he tried it). I had since replaced the phone and would have even been ok with store credit - but nothing was offered. The manager rattled off some BGB law that he knew by heart - likely because he recites it daily. The manager's arrogance was disgusting. This store does not deserve your patronage. read more
