After walking all over looking for a great pizza place, we chose this one based on the great…read morereviews. We were quickly greeted and seated. The place isn't big but I love how you can watch them preparing the pizzas. Our table was right by the front so we could watch the pizzas being made as well as people watch those walking down the street. The menu focuses mainly on pizzas and pasta. My friend and I both ordered pizzas. I ordered my pizza with salami and mushrooms. It came out quickly and had lots of toppings. The crust is super thin and perfect. As is the sauce. Our server also brought over hot sauce and garlic to put on top if we wanted. We both added some garlic and it made it even more delicious. The service was great. The prices were fair. And the size of the pizza was just right. I will definitely be back.

It's a small restaurant with high tables and stools. It's not fancy, but perfect for an informal dinner or cool place to gonad a couple or with family. The owner is still there and is in the restaurant every day he retold me. He and all staff are very friendly. The pizzas are thin base and as good as you will get anywhere. Ingredients fresh. They also have a really nice selection of anti pasta. Didn't have a pasta dish on this visit, but they also looked great. Had an assortment of dessert and each one was perfect. I thoroughly recommend this place and will go back next time I'm in the area.

Ok I'll admit, after traveling so much in Germany I was getting tired of all the pasta and carbs. I…read moreactually love pasta a lot, but it was getting to be a bit too much. Food (4/5): First time I came here I was super disappointed. The gnocchi I got with the tomato sauce was not up to par on the gnocchi I had at Gioia. I think I expected something similar and when it didn't meet my expectations it made me extremely disappointed. Then the next time I came I got this pasta with tomato cream sauce and salmon and it was DELICIOUS. I was so much happier with my choice the second time. I realized that the tomato sauces here are too sour for my liking, I'm more of a cream or white sauce type of person. They also have these AMAZING complimentary bread rolls with these really creamy and yummy garlic butter spread! Service (3/5): service was decent, nothing special or anything about it. Exterior/Interior (4/5): the restaurant is pretty big and there's a lot of seating inside and outside which is super convenient!
