Under typical circumstances I would have sought my accountant, web developer, attorney, head of sales, and a financial advisor, but three consultations with Michael Telano, and I was able to successfully navigate the COVID crisis (couldn't be more grateful for this man). Mr. Telano was patient, beyond knowledgeable, and steps ahead of the pandemic in terms of business strategy. I thought I was going to be out of business in 120-180 days, but with his guidance I upheld day-to-day operations, kept my staff in tact (though some had to part-time), and because my clients were not operating, I shifted what had become a struggling B2B brick and mortar distribution to an omnichannel B2C.
