Now that my favorite hairdresser moved to here I followed him and was really happy to come here, so I went here already the second time. The płace is very nice, neat and spacious. It's in the 1st level of a new building with really nice and big windows which makes the place really bright compared to the other locations. The staff is super friendly, there is English and German speaking people. You get always water with fresh lemon and mint, a coffee or some other drinks. The hairdressers are very skilled and cut your hair precisely and modern. Price is very good to me. You can get it cheaper but they take very good care of your hair, take their time and use just the best products. My girlfriend approved the service for dying and nails as well, the people are very helpful, skilled and patient.

He washed my hair for about 5-10 min including a scalp massage incredibly effective for relaxation after work. When he asked what I wanted, I simply said, "Please fix my hair keeping the length...". He did the rest. About 20-30 min after my hair was soft, beautiful, manageable. He used a spray to finish it that smelled wonderful. Haircut is between 100-150 zł for men/women depending on length. Totally worth it!

Unfortunately I was treated with complete indifference as if they were doing me a favour (this is the first time I've ever left a salon without tipping) and the cut was barely fine (I had to trim some loose pieces when I got home and I can't wait for it to grow out). 5 different people worked on my hair and I think I said about 2 words during that entire time. Bartek Janusz cut my hair in probably less than 5 minutes, proclaimed it done and never came back to see if I liked it as someone else dried and styled it. Then as I was leaving I was told that it's cash only. I almost didn't return from the bank. For this price there are scores of great salons in Warsaw where you will be treated with a smile and where you'll get a much better cut.

I have very long thick hair and she took care of every detail. She speaks good English and was very keen to understand me. Moreover, she made a couple of "change" suggestions with my bangs and they look fabulous! Wash-haircut-blow dry is 105zl for long hair. At the same time Ola was doing my hair I was getting a super detailed manicure with another lady. Classic manicure cost 50zl and pedi cost between 60-110 zł. One of the best ones I have gotten. The lady uses very professional equipment, super detail oriented, high quality nail polish that lasts for weeks and she is kind and friendly. During the entire treatment she wears gloves to ensure hygiene and disinfects all equipment. To make customer experience better, they will provide you with water, tea or coffee and ..,. Truffle candies :) :) :) Very happy with the customer service and even more with the results. Definitely coming back!

Even though I don't speak Polish and they speak limited English I got a terrific cut with highlights and a pedicure. Highly recommend this place. Nice to go to a neighborhood place instead of hotel spa.
