He washed my hair for about 5-10 min including a scalp massage incredibly effective for relaxation after work. When he asked what I wanted, I simply said, "Please fix my hair keeping the length...". He did the rest. About 20-30 min after my hair was soft, beautiful, manageable. He used a spray to finish it that smelled wonderful. Haircut is between 100-150 zł for men/women depending on length. Unfortunately I was treated with complete indifference as if they were doing me a favour (this is the first time I've ever left a salon without tipping) and the cut was barely fine (I had to trim some loose pieces when I got home and I can't wait for it to grow out). 5 different people worked on my hair and I think I said about 2 words during that entire time. Bartek Janusz cut my hair in probably less than 5 minutes, proclaimed it done and never came back to see if I liked it as someone else dried and styled it. Then as I was leaving I was told that it's cash only. I almost didn't return from the bank. For this price there are scores of great salons in Warsaw where you will be treated with a smile and where you'll get a much better cut.

I have very long thick hair and she took care of every detail. She speaks good English and was very keen to understand me. Moreover, she made a couple of "change" suggestions with my bangs and they look fabulous! Wash-haircut-blow dry is 105zl for long hair. At the same time Ola was doing my hair I was getting a super detailed manicure with another lady. Classic manicure cost 50zl and pedi cost between 60-110 zł. One of the best ones I have gotten. The lady uses very professional equipment, super detail oriented, high quality nail polish that lasts for weeks and she is kind and friendly. During the entire treatment she wears gloves to ensure hygiene and disinfects all equipment. To make customer experience better, they will provide you with water, tea or coffee and ..,. Truffle candies :) :) :) Very happy with the customer service and even more with the results. Definitely coming back!

As yelp indicates, they don't take walk-ins. I was still able to get an appointment the same day. The UV gels with French manicure tips look fantastic on the 5th day and counting. They call it here "manicure hybrydowy". I will definitely come to her again, if I have my way to Warsaw.
