Any issue I have or problem or question, they are so quick to answer with the right answer and are so incredibly helpful. I did one on one therapy with Jamie and she was amazing. Her laid-back and super warm and friendly personality makes her so incredibly easy to talk to. Dr. Zawadzki (Dr. Z) is out of this world. Unbelievable. If you can't relate in someway and feel comfortable around Dr. Z you're probably not from this planet. I was hesitant at first, because they don't except insurance and it was pretty expensive but now I realize it was worth every penny. I have very bad anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and have been struggling with medication and doctors for many years. on top of that, I am sensitive to most medication's. I was so nervous at my first appointment to make sure I explained everything correctly within the appointment time. I had all kinds of notes. I felt he understood me before half the session was over. between his meticulous notetaking and incredible knowledge of the medication's and side effects from real life patients he got me in the best place I have been in my entire life, on the least amount and lowest doses of medication's. Most important of all you can tell he works incredible amounts of overtime to make sure he responds to your messages or gets back to you personally when you're in need. If you're hesitant to go here because they don't take insurance, I highly urge you to give it a try anyways. You'll learn like I have that the places that do accept insurance only care about the insurance money not your health. they just try and cram as many patients in in the shortest amount of time to get the insurance pay out. This is the first healthcare I've ever paid for in my life that I felt I got every penny and more worth of treatment and care.

I had her seeing my son - well she saw him one time for a minute or two- the ARPN saw him for an hour and I would highly recommend her. This was fine for first visit. However, all the issues started on 2nd visit- my son was traveling for summer break so I called and reported that he would not be able to attend the visit ( because we were told that he could not do virtual visits for at least the first 3/4 times. The front turned his visit into a virtual visit and did not confirm with me until the time of the visit. So, I immediately called my son and got him to agree to take the call and complete the visit. The doctor called him and asked where his parents were and he reported that he was traveling, my son reported that at that point she hung up on him. I then got a call that he refused. I called my son and asked why the refusal- he reported he did not refuse just reported that he was in another state. Dr Sheikh called me and said he refused services and was charging me a late cancellation fee. I then explained the situation (with difficulty as she would talk over me) and insisted that she was right and I was wrong. Seems like she is maybe overwhelmed with her job and will no longer recommend not have my son see her going forward.

As for the facility itself, they did text message me very clear instructions and asked very detailed intake questions that were then followed up during the appointment. They were also aware of my insurance and that it was in network which I was thankful for. It was a long process but absolutely necessary and thorough, and they made difficult questions more comfortable.
