Mental health counseling is essential now more than ever. I relocated here and started my search…read moreand had the chance to meet with Sara Sacks, and she is truly one of the very best I have ever experienced. I have met with various therapists over 25 years and her reviews are not at all the way she was depicted. I am grateful I went in to meet with her anyway to make my own assessment and never ever needed to look back. She is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and truly cares for her patients. I recently had so many challenges being the chief caretaker of sick family members and personal struggles and she truly helped me beyond words. For this reason, I truly give her 5 stars, she is a diamond in her space! She knows how to truly shift a person to create more peace and self care meaningfully and powerfully. I made the decision to share this simply because the other reviews posted are not accurate and she was a game changer for me.

The experience was so bad, that I…read morecreated a Yelp Account just to write this review to prevent anyone from spending time or money here. Please, hear what I am saying and DO NOT GO HERE! The Staff here is completely unprofessional, led by the incompetent Sarah Sachs. My appointment was rescheduled two times with less than 24hour notice, I had to wait when I got there and Sarah ate a bag of chips during my first session with her. Her daughter who manages the appointments is beyond rude and feels nothing but entitlement. They have no interest in helping others, but only looking for a paycheck. They love to talk about money from the moment you get in, throughout your sessions, and at the very end. There is never a follow-up, and there is zero compassion from Sarah, Amanda, and the rest of her Staff. In addition, if you plan on going through a outpatient program here, be aware even the Counselors have nothing but horrible things to say about Amanda and Sarah. I do not have one positive thing to review about the staff, program, and environment of this place. Please listen to this warning and find another place to support you and/or your family members. If you are seeking help, strength, and guidance this is NOT the place for you.

I very much appreciate the support I receive in this office. The talk therapist Shelly is equally as talented and conscientious and helped with several issues I was having. In fact, she was so effective that I felt almost immediate relief after speaking to her. The other Doctors who I've seen there have been terrific with me as well. I have never had any problems calling and asking to be seen immediately. The front desk folks have been indispensable to me as I tend to forget to write down when my appointment is and they cheerfully look it up for me. I'm happy with this establishment and I would highly recommend seeing anyone who is available in the office on PGA Blvd.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!…read more Where can I start. First off Nicole and Tammie at the front office are unbelievable. I called them the A-Team. Any issue I have or problem or question, they are so quick to answer with the right answer and are so incredibly helpful. I have called in countless times with worries and nitpicky things and they leave me happy and at ease every time. I have yet to see any an obstacle that they cannot overcome. I did one on one therapy with Jamie and she was amazing. Her laid-back and super warm and friendly personality makes her so incredibly easy to talk to. If there's things that are troubling you that you don't want to talk about she does not even have to work hard to get you to bring them up because you do so on your own, thanks to how incredibly genuine and caring she is. Dr. Zawadzki (Dr. Z) is out of this world. Unbelievable. If you can't relate in someway and feel comfortable around Dr. Z you're probably not from this planet. He is both interesting as a person, incredibly knowledgeable, and a master of his craft. I was hesitant at first, because they don't except insurance and it was pretty expensive but now I realize it was worth every penny. I have very bad anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and have been struggling with medication and doctors for many years. on top of that, I am sensitive to most medication's. I was so nervous at my first appointment to make sure I explained everything correctly within the appointment time. I had all kinds of notes. I felt he understood me before half the session was over. between his meticulous notetaking and incredible knowledge of the medication's and side effects from real life patients he got me in the best place I have been in my entire life, on the least amount and lowest doses of medication's. Most important of all you can tell he works incredible amounts of overtime to make sure he responds to your messages or gets back to you personally when you're in need. If you're hesitant to go here because they don't take insurance, I highly urge you to give it a try anyways. You'll learn like I have that the places that do accept insurance only care about the insurance money not your health. they just try and cram as many patients in in the shortest amount of time to get the insurance pay out. This is the first healthcare I've ever paid for in my life that I felt I got every penny and more worth of treatment and care.
