If a grade of 5 stars +++ was possible they would get it! The restaurant is located in Hotel Greenside in De Koog (excelent hotell as well, stayed there twice). The staff was tentative, polite and quick, they could not have done a better job! We've ordered a three-course dinner, which they served a little teaser before, a white-asparagus soup with a cracker with serrano ham, very delicious. The starter was a steak-tartar, which they with no problem substituted for a more pregnant-friendly dish for my wife. (I cant exactly remember what the complete dish was, I should have written it down), I am attaching pictures to the review though! Main-course was a lovely cod with new-potatoes and a crab-sause reduction, it was absolutely perfect! Dessert, once again I should have written down exactly what it was, but it was some kind of mango-mouse with ice-cream on crumbles and a cake. The food is delivered by robot, which provides some novelty and entertainment. For mains the goat cheese salad was quite substantial. Thank you! The schnitzel was huge. The lamb sampler was also a huge amount of food. The large bowl of fries for the table as side dish were nice and crisp. The "applesauce" was kind of gross. Skip dessert. The brownie is just a square of chocolate cake. The hot chocolate is nothing special either.
