Parking can be a headache if you're visiting on the weekend or after 5 on the weekday. This visit was a little underwhelming... I had heard many good things about UBK so I was expecting something more flavorful. All of the food lacked flavor and could've used more seasoning. The short rib was very tender but there was absolutely no flavor. I ended up adding a bunch of salt and pepper to my meal. The fried green tomatoes were okay but not seasoned well. The only good thing was the margarita. Besides the lack of seasoning, there were plenty of gnats and flies. Our server even acknowledged that they were having issues with the gnats. I'd love to give this place another try but I don't think it would be worth it.

(Not sure why since they had multiple pre-reserved large groups) I ordered a bowl of chili, southwest rolls and a beer off their list. 20' later was told the beer was not available, when the chili showed up, it was lukewarm and barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Would not have been a cup most other places. Egg rolls were fine. Rest of our tables order burgers and wings. Food came out 1 person at a time like 15' apart so you couldn't wait for everyone to eat together. Almost 45' in and half the people have their food. Beers take forever. Wife wanted a salad and potato skins so went with the wedge which came chopped so more of a chopped salad than a wedge and it was fine. Nothing spectacular. Who potato skins were reminiscent of some frozen ones you heat in the oven. Didn't seem fresh at all. The bacon wasn't that great really and the cheeses was cheese. All in all edible but not enjoyable. I went with the bacon wrapped meatloaf with mashed potatoes with gravy and a side of Mac and cheese. I'll start with the Mac. It was horrible. Sorry don't mean to be a downer but wasn't good at all. The mashed and gravy a big nope. The potatoes weren't all that good. It was like eating a plat of spackle. And the gravy was horrendous. Made bad potato's worse. The meatloaf was ok. Kind of like cafeteria meatloaf. I did eat it but wasn't thrilled. Again not a fan of that bacon so ditched that after one bite. Personally I would not go back and wife agreed. Maybe we got the wrong items but nothing was good.

The atmosphere is cute - the menu is limited (1 burger, 3 sandwiches, 2 or 3 flatbreads and 2 salads). We ordered: 1 - the double cheeseburger, boring. Lots of meet but not much in the way of toppings. The pickle slice was nice. 2 - BLT, boring. Needs a sauce, even mayo. Would love to see palmetto cheese or avocado or cheddar. Spring mix is the wrong choice in lettuce as well. It turns into mush with the tomato. Nothing memorable. 3 - The Yardhouse, awkward. It was hard to eat with large chicken "cubes" and lots of white bbq sauce. Either keeping the chicken whole or using a shredded chicken would be better. 4 - Fries. 1 order would have been plenty to share among 3 people. They were the best part of the meal and came with a fry sauce. Another strike is that they don't brew their own tea. We're in the Deep South... some days the best thing we've got is fresh brewed tea at every turn. This was a nope... but on top of that the carbonation was "off" in the soda machine too. Good thing drinks are only $2.
