One of the sorriest companies I have had to pleasure to deal with. Paid them cash for doors that do…read morenot work properly. They installed kinked cables on an overhead shop door that the first time it was used after installation AGAIN came off rollers, they were called immediately and then called again and have not returned my husbands calls nor have they shown up to replace the kinked cable. They liked us a lot when I paid in cash for the doors before they were installed. Their service is horrible after they have your money. They replaced door panels and told us that it was covered by the truck owners insurance and today I received a notice in the mail from a collection agency for it??? The truck owner is the one who ordered the panels to start with to replace the ones he had damaged. It seems like their doors don't work at all. Definitely not worth what we paid for them. Nor do they seem to care to provide customer service.

The roof is sound and everything appeared to be in good order. I began the search for a roofing expert to make a somewhat emergency inspection and repair. Mostly I got voice mails, the largest roofing company locally told me it would be three months for them to help me. Most others never returned my call, except Badger Roofing. I explained to Chip my situation and even though they were booked up and busy also, he made time to personally come to my home within two hours of my call. Chip went up on the roof and found the vent which was not properly sealed up from the original construction; now it had come loose to the point of allowing rain to go through in to our attic and down a light fixture. Chip had it repaired within 15 minutes of his arrival and he explained everything to me. Great job, super timely, very professional and knowledgeable.
