You make one complaint after decades of paying for their service and they treat you like the Trash they haul. I called to complain regarding the treatment of my Trash bin. Jesica returned my VMail and it was like talking to an arrogant teen. She never once acknowledged that they did anything wrong. She said "we have pictures" of my trash can. These were taken unbeknownst to me 3 months before my complaint. I said why didn't anyone mention it? - Call/Write/mail. She said it was not their problem and not their trash can. After sending emails I got a call from "Teddy" Yes, a grown man not a boy. He was very deadpan with the same attitude of his employee and said it wasn't their can and they don't even touch other companies cans (mine is an old Waste Mgmt can that the logo is blacked out and Ted's has been emptying it for more than 2 years with out a word. Suddenly they say we can't touch it - ow that they have destroyed it. Neighbors have noticed that they have been beating the crap out of it for months. Tuesday it was thrown so hard the lid is not completely split et all of the Ted's cans were neatly up and down the street..... What is the point of beating up a trash can? It's like a school bully action. After listening to "Teddy's" BS I finally asked for a resolution and if they could comp me the nominal $2 monthly Ted's can rental for 3-6 months as compensation and Teddy said NO.. Really?? They treat you like crap and cannot even make a compensation of $12.00? They are horrible and speak mostly in one syllable words, sentences and deadpan tones and really don't seem to care about the perception of their business. Take your money elsewhere. Today was trash day and they did not pick up the trash due to there being some broken pc's of patio blocks in there which I did not know could not be there. I called the office and first got a lady who said they would pick up our trash next week without the pc's of concrete in there. I said this was not acceptable and she said they would make a return trip for a charge of $20.00 which I also said was not acceptable. She said she would have a supervisor call me back. After 15 of so minutes I called back and got another lady who seemed to listen to my complaint. I told her that I had been a long time customer and did not feel that my trash should have to wait for another week and that I had removed the concrete out of the trash container. I also mentioned that I had NEVER been late on a payment to them and felt that they should come back and pick up my trash. She very politely said let her go and talk to a supervisor which she did and came back and assured me that my trash would be picked up today as they appreciate long time customers. I told that was the type of answer that seemed to go along with their advertisement of being a family owned business who appreciated their customers. Definitely will stay with them and highly recommend anyone who needs trash service to contact them. I give them 5 out of 5 stars. read more

I called to let them know about an employee coming to my door to tell me i can pay them cash to haul away my large items instead of calling the trash comapny and paying the comapny for the services. I spoke with a manger who told me that i was a lair and he would do nothing to his employee i told them that as long as that person would be picking up my trash i would not be able to keep there services. They immediately told me we will close your account cause his driver would not do that and i was lying. He actually closed my account and not even 30 mins later my trash can was picked up. They have the worst customer service ajd dont hold there workers accountable very dishonest workers who steals from the company. Not to mention they came to my door and spoke to my children 1 of which is very at risk with this covid19 stuff. read more

They leave my trash bin knocked over every time they pick it up. I called to inform the company if they could tell the driver to fix that. The lady that answered was very rude and argumentative instead of just noting my account she wanted to make it clear she didn't care so I had to ask for someone else to help. She denied me!? I asked for a supervisor and of course she told me the supervisor wasn't available. I called back multiple time and the same girl answered and literally was having a ball not assisting me. They come off as a VERY RACIST COMPANY and the girl that answered definitely uses white privilege on a daily. I will see if someone gets back to me and how they handle whoever answered the phone this morning but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I would give no stars if it was possible. Ordered trash service and they haven't been picking up trash because they said it wasn't all the way to street. Also said no loose trash. If I get out car and throw a cup away they won't take it? Wow! Never again! Not to mention whoever answers the phone is the angriest, non professional I've ever spoke with. I love that they are a locally owned family business. They have an easily navigated customer portal for payments. They are by far the best waste disposal company I have used. read more
