I want to share my experience with Ted Butler of Ted's Mobile Tinting so others in the community can make an informed decision when choosing a window-tinting service.
Ted's Mobile Tinting was paid $600 to tint my 16-year-old daughter's vehicle using money she received for her birthday. Unfortunately, there are multiple issues with the installation that we believe need to be corrected.
For more than 30 days, I have attempted to resolve these concerns directly and have given Ted multiple opportunities to return and correct the work. Despite attempts to communicate and a formal certified letter requesting resolution, the matter remains unresolved.
I have receipts, photographs, videos, text-message correspondence, and documentation of my attempts to have the work corrected. I would have preferred to resolve this privately and professionally, but after repeated attempts without a satisfactory resolution, I believe it is appropriate to share our experience.
