TAX PAYER BEWARE! If I could put 0 stars, I would. We hired Larissa to do our personal and business…read moretaxes for 2023 and she completely dropped the ball. Our taxes were filed late, no extension filed on our behalf. We then received a FEDERAL TAX LIEN NOTICE. We used our one-time abatement due to this her lack of due diligence and when confronted to discuss the issue, she blamed US for a gap in communication (WELL before the tax deadline mind you). Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, we were blamed. The complete lack of professionalism is truly disgusting. If you value professionalism and financial peace of mind, go elsewhere. You'll thank me later.

Yelp Review - Kerry Denton, State Farm Insurance…read more I cannot say enough good things about Kerry Denton's State Farm office and, especially, the incredible support I received from Katelyn Dosa and Cindy Keene. I came in during a very emotional and stressful period of my life ~ juggling a new vehicle, insurance changes, and important decisions for my mother, who lives in assisted living and is facing dementia. It was one of those days where everything feels heavy, and clarity is hard to come by. Katelyn was exceptional ~ knowledgeable, patient, and steady throughout the process. Cindy stepped in and spent hours assisting alongside her, listening carefully, answering questions, and offering genuine empathy while I sorted through documents and calls with my credit union, AAA, and more. At no point did I feel rushed or dismissed. What stood out most was their humanity. This wasn't just transactional service ~ it was thoughtful, compassionate, and deeply professional. They met me exactly where I was and helped me through a complicated moment with kindness and grace. If you're looking for an insurance office that truly cares about people, not just policies, this is it. Kerry has built an outstanding team, and I'm incredibly grateful to be in their care. Karen S.

I spoke to a gentleman and set up an appointment for the following week on my day off from work. I left my cell phone number for contact. The morning of the appointment, I arrived at the office 10 mins early, because I had left the house early due to rain. After a few minutes I went into the office and found a disheveled, untidy workspace right out of the 60s, but not in a good way. I told the only gentleman there that I had an appointment with Mr. XX at 9xx. He said he wasn't in yet, could I wait a few minutes? After 15 minutes, at my request, he called the man I had the appointment with and told me he was "running late" this morning and asked if I could keep waiting. I sat there a few more minutes and the man left the area and didn't come back, perhaps embarrassed at the turn of events. I left, and took my business elsewhere. Not a good experience for someone new to the community. What could they have done better? How about calling the person who has an appointment and offering to reschedule with them, or at least let them know you're sorry, you forgot the appointment. His time was no more valuable than mine and I wasted my time off from work. Very unprofessional behavior from someone whose last name is the same as the name on the building!
