The defendants were not cooperative but my attorneys stuck with it. Then Covid hit. Mediation was then cancelled and delayed (mediation is required by law). Finally, mediation was scheduled via internet. This was actually as soon as it could be done. We met at their Columbia office and while mediation was a long process, the attorneys never gave up and supported me the entire time. I am very satisfied with their work and diligence in this case. I would recommend this firm to anyone, including my family. I would use them again too but I hope I never have that need again.

It was either his assistant (Arianna) who is extremely dismissive and 10% helpful. I have had to ask to speak to the manager at least 2 times. He was very condescending.
