Very nice - very efficient - glad I found them. Yes - the location is small - they all are. If you feel it's too crowded - leave and come back - don't complain on YELP this location is busy. This business is also UPS - not USPS - learn the difference. UPS is going to charge convenience / service fees so that you don't have to go to the USPS, and books of stamps are going to cost a few dollars more - again - because they are not USPS, and they are charging a convenience fee. With my daughter living many states away, I'll be a regular shipping customer.
