Rogers "open concept" service store is a one stop shop to get all of your Rogers needs serviced…read more When you walk in there no tickets or lineups is a Rogers team member takes your name and puts it on a queue system. Basically you wait around from 5-30min waiting for an available person to take care of your issue or need. Not a bad concept if you can actually hear the person calling out names. Other than that the service level is adequate, but if you really have and issue the best thing to do is call Customer Service and/or the Retentions dept. The staff here can't really make any changes or handle issues other than the usual technical or sales issue

I cannot stand the thought of having to go there for ANY reason…read more self service is often out of order. lines are crazy long even to just return equipment, and the service reps are rude, condescending, and seem to get a kick out of telling people they have to call the 1-888 number for almost any reason. guy aiding us hi-fived another clerk after the one scored a 'goal' after tossing a machine into a bin by the back. Another loudly swore the 'f' word when he missed and the machine he tossed missed the same tote. they just seem to be very happy to be very unhelpful. I am drooping my service asap. Nothing about this place is right. I spent an hour of my time in line... then/2 hour getting the runaround, only to finally get a updated phone... THAT DIDN'T WORK... AND YES... NOW I HAVE TO BRING IT BACK. I can weep.

The employees were busy talking when I entered the store. I waited patiently behind the counter…read morewaiting for one of them to come to the front of the store. Another woman walked in behind me. The male associate turned and began discussing phones with her. Then as I am standing there, he brushes by me saying 'excuse me sir' and then goes around the corner and proceeds to help this lady. At this point, I want to leave but decide to wait and see if the girl will finally approach me. She does not, she disappears into the back and begins doing stock. Stock around noon, during christmas, when malls begin to get busy. The place is getting busy and she comes back and now attends to another customer. I turn to the male associate at the desk and say, 'listen, i've been standing here for almost 40 minutes, and you both have completely ignored me. I just wanted to know how long it would take to activate a data stick.' the employee says 'I'm not sure maybe 20 or 40 minutes'. That's double the first time estimate. Ridiculous.
