I was lucky enough to find Fina Matea photography last month for my son's 1 yr birthday shoot and I…read morewas so happy with the experience and the outcome. Matea is very friendly and warm and made the shoot laid back and fun even though my son had a fever from his shots and was NOT in the mood for pictures. She is great with kids and made the experience fun for my little guy with bubbles and the warmest smile. The photos turned out great, despite the previously mentioned bad baby mood. There were tons of fantastic shots of the baby and my family that I will treasure forever. Also, after researching several other photographers in the area, I found her prices to be very reasonable. I would highly recommend Matea to anyone looking for maternity, newborn, family or graduation photos.

I really wish she wasn't moving, my family absolutely LOVED her work!…read more I'm not big on photo sessions, and neither was my family, so she was beyond amazing for all she did for us! She called to get to know me, and assess what I wanted for my graduation shoot. She made suggestions for best look (I had pictures with my cap and gown), and I had no idea on location, but she took the time to send me ideas and descriptions of places. The day of our shoot, she was very friendly, warm, and immediately makes you feel relaxed and genuinely happy for the shoot. She also makes you feel good about your pictures as she goes, which helps a lot. She also last minute did a family shoot, and also suggested places for us. She was very accommodating and made sure to get great pictures of the ideas we had in mind. Her site and business is easy to work with, unlike other sites I've seen, and it's very easy to just download your online pictures, or order prints! The pictures are fabulous, and she is very quick about responding to you and getting you your pictures. Thanks so much for all the work, I hope you get lots of business in your new home!
