Today I find out that she…read morerandomly canceled on me on the basis that I had "ghosted" her when I didn't respond after she sent me some wardrobe tips. Apparently I was required to gush and say "thank you so much for the wardrobe tips." Sorry I'm a busy working mom. It turns out she had sent a separate invoice for a deposit that got lost in my email. She never mentioned the deadline for the deposit --or that there was a deposit--in our correspondence so I had no warning. She sent no follow up, no reminder, just cancelled my date without any chance for me to rectify the mistake. I immediately responded and told her I had missed the deposit email, it was an accident, and I paid to show her I was serious. Instead of being polite and understanding, or offering to reschedule the session at the very worst, she wrote back and said I was a "bad fit." What?? Now I can't get another (good) photographer as they are all booked and I don't have time to research. This was so rude and so unnecessary, not to mention disappointing. BUYER BEWARE.

Jon was there with us for the event and was pleasant to be around and very professional. He worked with our photographer on documenting our day. They had a very quick turnaround time of 2 weeks for editing and completing our videos. The music was based on our personalized selection. We had a very small ceremony so wanted to be able to share with those who couldn't make it and they did the best job we could imagine. She responded quickly and always answered all my questions. Very easy to get in touch with! She asked me all about the sort of "feel" we wanted for our photos. And her prices are extremely reasonable. When it came time for the shoot I was nervous because I'm just not photogenic at all. She made me feel at ease, directed me for the best shots and had patience!! She delivered us a preview the next day and the final shots in 2 days! And I couldn't believe how great they came out....breathtaking. We are so happy and can't wait for the newborn shots and family pictures in the future.
