Yes, this here is where you handle all things electric and where electric business is conducted…read more Can't say I've ever visited an electric company. These small town business visits are refreshingly lovely. Face to face, just like the good ol' days. I'm not a good ol' days aficionado by any means, but I imagine this was how it was before the days of telecom and internet. I don't know if there are ever crowds here, but if there were, there's plenty of parking, and the lobby is spacious. A very nice lady helped us today to update the account - swift and friendly, just what I expect for great customer service. Even more perfect was the beautiful setting complete with fall color. How lucky did I get to witness beautiful trees change color for the season! I don't see seasons change much in Los Angeles, so this was a treat. Though I'm happy to be home, I sure do miss the charm of small town living.

Worst electric company I have ever dealt with…read more I paid $100 toward my bill on the due date (5/5) and scheduled the remaining balance of only $72.65 to automatically come out of my bank account on my next payday (5/20). Despite already making a substantial payment and setting up the rest online, they STILL disconnected my power. When I called to ask why my electricity was shut off even though a payment was already scheduled, I explained that I have children in the home and needed electricity to feed and care for them. The representative showed absolutely no compassion and told me they do not allow payment plans or extensions of any kind. According to them, if the bill is not paid in full by the due date, they disconnect your service -- no matter the circumstances. Their only "option" was pushing their MyChoice Prepayment service. Because of this, I had to ask a friend for financial help just to get our power turned back on until I can repay them on 5/20. If it weren't for that help, my family would have gone without electricity for an entire week, and we would have lost all the food in our refrigerator and freezer. I understand bills need to be paid, and I was actively paying mine. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of humanity, flexibility, and basic customer care. Emergencies happen. Families struggle sometimes. Treating customers like account numbers instead of human beings is disgraceful. This experience has been stressful, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

DO NOT hire this company. I should have asked around my office before calling them as apparently…read morethis is well known. I have moved my heavy equipment 3 times and its always been nerve wracking. I called the mooving company specifically because they had the type of trailer I knew would work best, my equipment cannot be leaned over, it needs to stay upright. I was unbelievably clear about why I was going this route. Although they didnt have enough insurance to cover it, they said they'd bring the trailer. It was only going a mile so I was willing to risk it under those circumstances. Apparently one of their guys was sure he could load it in the box truck at an angle by dragging it up the metal ramp and looping one set of wheels off the edge. This is, im sorry, really stupid. Not only does it weigh almost 600 lbs, it risks coming off the base. When they showed up with the box truck the dispatcher refused to admit she'd made a mistake and the loader made fun of my profession (I work at ups as a dispatcher. He heard ups and said "you just move boxes for a living so how about you let me do this." I guess he doesn't understand irony.) They left in a huff with all my stuff sitting outside my storage unit because I had questioned his massive moving knowledge. Oh excuse me, "mooving." Mess left by them pictured. Make your own decisions i guess, the customer isn't always right but at least dont be rude because someone's worried about the crazy stuff they're trying to do. He kept saying that the high school kid he brought with him was build like a tank so itd all be fine. Not risking tens of thousands of dollars on a hs kid, sorry.

He replaced my faulty wood stove with a great Quadrafire over the Christmas holiday 8 years ago and I have had him back ever since. I highly recommend him as he is dependable and knowledgeable.

They were supoosed to meet us at 9am. They did call to say they were running behind and would be there at 9:45. They didn't show up until 10:30. Then there was 5 guys instead of the 4 I had asked for. Then we were told because we were moving out of state we would have to pay cash. The owner did say he was only going to charge $100 for just him but we still had to pay the full amount for the other 4 guys in cash on a Sunday! Way to not communicate!
