After having some argument he said ok he will make the hoodies for the same price but he will use the brand from Pakistan.my daughter's friend offer to pick up the hoodies from the manufacturer and he said that he will pick them up and print them. Later on we find out that he never contacted the original manufacturer to pick up the hoodies instead he used his own supplier. when he delivered the printed hoodies everything is wrong.Brand is not the same that we discussed. Quality is very cheap. Printing is off and sizes are off.since he didn't use the brand that was originally discussed the sizes are way off and many hoodies has oil stains on them. My daughter is a high school student and the money that she paid for the hoodies( $792)was collected from the club members and she has to deliver the hoodies as promised. The designer robbed and scammed high schoolers thinking they are children and can't do anything about it. BRAND EXPERIENCE I called as soon as they opened to figure out if they had 2-sheet, 8.5"x14" black & white, NCR forms in stock as a surprising number of local printers did not have them in stock. My sales rep was able to take my order and give me a quote with it 5 minutes. STAFF The staff at the physical location was exceptional. I spoke with a guy named Will. He was professional, courteous and clearly articulated how, if this situation should rise again, to most effectively get forms ordered with a list of order amount vs timing chart. PRICING As I ordered NCR forms, they were slightly on the pricier side in general but still very cheap. I was able to get 250 forms for only $99. I asked to have 200 stickers printed, the pricing was fair, the timing was good and i was very excited for my order. When I went to pick it up, the colors were all wrong. All pinks were purple. I notified the printer and they agreed to reprint, saying they identified the problem. It took them a few days, and then came the fiasco of coming to pick up the stickers. The hours were sporadic and delivered over text. It took them three days for me to just say, drop them at my apt. And when they did, i unfortunately found that they had not resolved the issue and instead created a new one. All pinks had an orange tint this time. Rather then get closer to my design, there was just a new problem. I'm glad I had no time crunch for this, but now I'm left with double the misprints and a bad taste in my mouth.
