At first I was upset because I needed a quick turnaround and was told I could get the report in 2-3 days. It took a lot longer to get the report but man oh man, I've never seen an appraisal that detailed, concise, professional, and we organized. I can see what took longer than the time I expected. I'm 100% confident in their work and recommend them without hesitation. For example when I was upset that I didn't get the final report earlier, they always responded to my emails and calls. Even when I was angry they didn't shy away from responding to me my concerns. When I did get the report, my mouth dropped open in awe, surprise and overwhelming gratitude. They quoted all the 3 important things in an appraisal - site area, build area, and year built way off from the actuals.
