Myself and a colleague purchased computer systems from a local business who had used Tech in a Flash. Because this business has an unpaid balance with Tech in a Flash, they are unwilling to remove their software from these computers. They also will not grant us admin privileges over these computers. We now have hardware that we legally purchased and have had no business dealings with Tech in a Flash but yet they are essentially holding our computers hostage by not relinquishing their control over the systems. This is extremely frustrating for us and unprofessional of them to hand this over our heads because of issues that have absolutely nothing to do with us. read more

I highly recommend Matt and his team at Tech in a Flash (TIAF). I had read a review on Nextdoor and then after loading Windows 365, had some issues. I called TIAF and someone answered the phone immediately. After we set up a phone session, Matt called me on time. We worked remotely and within a short time he figured out my issues and a few more that I brought up. He was very helpful, patience, knowledgeable and polite. My laptop was frozen...couldn't even open Windows. Matthew to the rescue. Bekki called the day I requested help through Home Advisor & appt. was made for a 3 days later (after weekend). Matthew arrived & was fabulous. He encouraged me to watch him work & to ask questions. He explained his actions, so a non-techie(sp?) could understand. The laptop required further work at the office. Carlos came to pick the computer up & what a lovely person he is. After several days & many hours of work on the part of Matthew & Carlos,my laptop was returned & I was charged the original stated fee.....Amazing!!! Both Matthew & Carlos could not have been nicer.
