From the first inquiry to final delivery, their team was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right commercial trucks for our needs. They understood exactly what our business required--durability, payload capacity, and long-term reliability--and made sure we drove off with trucks that met all our specs. We've dealt with several truck dealers over the years, but none as professional and responsive as Patrick from Truck Depot Looking forward to working with them again as our fleet grows! -- Y&S Home Builders Inc

Everytime we bring in our truck for service or repairs we end up getting charged! which makes no sense!. The employees say they do not see we purchased additional insurance on their computer. We have the Paid Checks to prove we did buy additional insurance. We have been working with Andy at the San Fernando Office he always tries to help us out. He has great service. I understand it's not his fault. All this comes from the person who sold the truck to us. His name is Barry Sloan. They are trying to resolve this matter. I hope Barry can put into the system our Insurance and this should solve this problem.

My goal was to buy a panel van and convert it to a 4WD RV. The owner, Robert, spent a bit of time on the phone with me explaining the pros and cons, such as a few of the newer years having reliability issues because of the smog requirements, and that for RVs they are exempt from smog, thus I should focus on specific older out of compliance models. He knew what engines and transmissions are reliable, how to inspect the vehicles, and even how to properly insulate them. I don't think I could have found somebody more knowledgable that was willing to spend the time with me. It was this extra knowledge that made me choose them, not pricing, because he already saved me a ton of time and energy, and helped me avoid making mistakes others have made. He was a consultant far more than a salesman, and I really respected that. Thanks Robert, you now have a customer for life.
