I'll start off with the disclaimer that I'm not an Irish Pub kind of guy. But I came here last…read morenight with colleagues and had an enjoyable time. We started in the downstairs area, which has a small but sufficient bar, and then moved upstairs, where there was a live band performing a mix of Brazilian and American songs. The bar service was about average speed, as far as pubs go. I'd recommend upgrading your caipirinha to Nega Fulô from their house standard. There was a R$15 charge to get in, which is super reasonable with htel live band--actually, ridiculously cheap by American standards, given the current exchange rate that makes it $3.75 for entrance. Word to the wise: The bathrooms are in a sub-upstairs area from the main upstairs area (if you're on the second floor, you'll see what I mean). Surprisingly clean for an Irish pub. They also use a card system where, upon entry, they give you a card to which you'll charge all your food and drinks, and then pay at booths on the way out. Even though it was a bit crowded, the place had a very friendly environment. People weren't pushing you out of the way or anything like that, which was refreshing. On the whole, we had a good time and enjoyed the band.

We travel a lot, go to music studios, recording studios,…read moreunderground art exhibitions in the city, shop, sit in cafes, there's nothing like ending the day around midnight when the streets calm down in a restaurant with homemade food from the best farms that soothes the stomach, strong drinks and cocktails for those who like it, with a rock band or techno DJ giving a show that is a musical delight or just watching an underground art film. Recommended dishes for those who are really hungry, lentil stew in tomato sauce or a carbs with vegetables cooked in canola juice and soup powder.

Very unique music venue with a very nice set-up for restaurant during lunch and dinner…read more It is definitely a hidden gem in the downtown São Paulo area. I wouldn't have visited if my friend didn't take me. Here is the breakdown: FOOD There are a few choices focusing in the root of Brazilian cuisine with fresh ingredients. There are a few of dishes to choose from and all of it very well presented. Good quality. SERVICE It is a very typical place of: you go to the different "stations" to get what you order. You walk in, order what you want then you go to the drinking station and then to the kitchen behind to get your food. Friendly staff and very professional. DECOR/ AMBIANCE Very cute music venue with a vintage look and feel to it. Very good choice of classical music on the background an definitely a very fun and energetic spot for food and drinks. Had a good time there. WOW FACTOR Think about a restaurant inside a music space/ old cinema feel to it. Haven't seen many places like this. OVERALL EXPERIENCE Nice spot that combines entertainment, food and great times.
