For the main, we had the local "klippfish" which is a salted dried fish that is rehydrated by soaking for a couple of days. It's an interesting flavor, and we glad we tried it, but it wasn't the best thing on the menu. If you go, taste, but don't make it your entree. Dessert was also spectacular. Blue cheese ice cream with crumbles, which sounds weird but was so delicious! Also had local strawberries with whipped cream, another delicacy. I can't neglect to mention the homemade sourdough bread. It was so delicious that we ordered another serving. Fresh, warm, melt in your mouth sourdough. Yummy.
