I was behind one of their trucks on…read more7/30/19 merging onto the East Bound I-90 from King Ave West, when the truck loosed some gravel from the dumpster it was carrying and slung a rock into my windshield. It hit with such force it left a big crater then by the end of the day it split up my windshield. I had my wife call this company to let them know. They took the info, and that was it. Several more calls later they started hanging up on her. I called them, and they hung up on me. I finally spoke to a Wayne in Risk Management at their corporate office in Great Falls. He started a claim. Zurich is their insurance company. Long story short, they lied and said that none of their vehicles were in that vicinity on that time and day. Denied the claim, and now I am stuck with a $400 windshield replacement. BEWARE when behind these trucks, the company will lie to get out of doing what is right!

Then I got there and found out that there are no places still buying cardboard to process now, so they have no place to take it, and it is just piling up all over the place. So, 3 cents a pound is a small price to pay when you consider what it costs them to just process all that extra mess and add in higher employee costs to do so. My 5-star rating comes from how they helped me. I am handicapped and old. I was sure getting backed up on cardboard. I had it broken down and loaded in the front seat and back seat, and the whole back of the truck was loaded to the top of the topper. They unloaded all that for me, brought me the weight tickets and went back inside again with my charge card, and came back out to give it to me, so I did not have to step out on the ice and try to unload my walker! Dang thing was buried anyway. They were awesome, and it is not often you see such acts of kindness anymore. Very impressed,

4:30 is 4:30, everyone else has to abide, so why not Republic?…read more5/18 4:25 I pull up to the gate which was in the process of being shut by a man that stood aside and let me pass. I was then rudely stopped by a woman on a power trip whom literally walked in front of my moving truck, to wave her hand in the air and shortly say "we're closed when that gate is shut!" I was ready to explode, rather than be an asshole I bit my tongue and turned around. As I was leaving at 4:26 I decided to call and complain.....wouldn't you know, the same woman answers. I recognized her voice and confirmed, then requesting her to tell me what time it was. "4:27" she replied. I asked why I was rejected even though you close at 4:30? "We close that gate at 4:25 every day." No change in attitude whatsoever! I work for a living, M-F and took time from my schedule so that i could drop off the load from my Mother in laws' garage, knew I was cutting it close and traffic didn't help me any so I know my faults in the line of events but as I said, 4:30 is 4:30! What happens at an eatery? The grocery store? We all have done it and/or experienced it! Is it because of the Union? Overpaid, underworked and spoiled beyond belief? No wonder Grizzly had to be sued by RS, TO KEEP THEM FROM STARTING THIER OWN GIG AND EXPOSING HOW TERRIBLE THEY ACTUALLY ARE! They even have to travel outside the city to dispose of their waste!!!!
