I had a 9:30am appointment. People that work there kept telling me I would start my wakeboarding session in 2 minutes. It elapsed half an hour until the boat was ready.
The wakeboard equipment was old, and also they did not have a board for women.
The rope was not tied!! It was, believe it or not, mobile through a long pipe, such that it was not fun as there was not an anchor point.
The boat was very small and the wake was minimal.
When I told all this to the person that was at the cashier, he tells me "nobody ever complains".
In my opinion and experience, terrible service and bad equipment. They should have told me when I booked the appointment that they did not have women boots. Additionally the life vest was in poor condition. read more
