Becky went above and beyond for really what wasn't that much money. She treated the sell as if it was a million dollar listing when it was only a 90,000 sale. Becky was always easily accessible via phone email or text and kept me up to date with all that was transpiring. I highly recommend her and if I ever decide to buy in Tennessee I will 100% go through her.

Meg was our go-to contact, talk about a ROCKSTAR! She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the start, Meg has been so sweet, communicative, patient, and supportive. I could go on and on! With such a huge move, she helped put at ease any concerns we had during our virtual buying process. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. My husband and I are so grateful to MMC for taking such great care of us. They definitely make you feel like family. I would 100% recommend Meg, Sara, Hanna, and the entire MMC team if you're thinking about moving to the Nashville area!

My partner and I began our home search in January 2025, knowing we wanted to buy eventually but not feeling rushed to find the right place. Hanna was patient every step of the way and never once made us feel pressured - something we appreciated so much as first-time buyers. Early in the process, she connected us with a fantastic mortgage lender who helped us navigate the complexities of getting pre-approved with non-traditional freelance income. Hanna was always available to answer our many questions and made sure we felt informed and confident throughout the process. She was incredibly generous with her time, always making herself available to tour homes with us and carefully pointing out anything that might be a concern. It always felt like she was truly looking out for us and protecting our interests. This February we finally found our home, and Hanna guided us through what felt like a very fast and sometimes wild process with total calm and expertise. She offered thoughtful recommendations when we asked, but always respected and supported our decisions rather than ever pushing us in a direction we weren't comfortable with. Thanks to Hanna, we are now proud first-time homeowners. Beyond her professionalism and expertise, Hanna is simply a genuinely kind and caring person. During our home search our dog became sick with cancer, which slowed down our process for a while. Hanna sent the sweetest care package for our dog, and that gesture meant so much to us during a really difficult time. We truly could not recommend Hanna and the MMC team more highly.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Sam!…read more As first-time home buyers, my husband and I came into this process both nervous and unsure of what to expect. From the moment we met with Sam, he gave us an extremely thorough run down of what this process would entail and what to expect during each phase of the home-buying process. Sam takes the time to really listen to your ideas, wants, and needs while also providing extremely valuable input. When viewing homes, Sam really helped us try to envision them as if they were our own. He would ask us "So what would the set-up look like in this room?" etc. He would also point out different details regarding repairs/ work that would need to be done to the home based on his experience. This was very helpful as most of these details are things we would likely have never noticed. When we were ready to submit an offer, Sam walked us through each step and gave us helpful tools to make our offer stand out. Sam is quick to respond and was always there to reassure us or answer our questions. He has the biggest heart; you can tell that he truly cares for his clients. We will absolutely be recommending Sam to anyone who is trying to purchase/sell a home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we have Sam to thank for that! I would also like to say that Sam's assistant Robyn is equally as amazing and also played a huge role in making this such a smooth and enjoyable process. She is so kind and was also always there to answer our questions. She is a huge reason as to why we were able to have a stress-free experience. With the amazing help of both Sam & Robyn, my husband and I purchased our very first home last week. We will always be so thankful that they got to play a role in one of our biggest accomplishments.

Sam is simply the best!…read more I have been fortunate enough to get to know Sam prior to even looking into purchasing a home. He has always been extremely kind, friendly, and overall just a great human. When it came time for my wife and I to look into purchasing our first home, Sam was the obvious choice. Sam's knowledge, experience, and honesty is what I think sets him apart from the rest. He was quick to respond to any questions we had, provided us all the tools and resources to help us find the right place, and genuinely cared about us finding a home that we loved. There were several times that he went above and beyond to make things work especially when it came to working around our toddlers schedule. Also my daughter absolutely loves Sam and always asks about him, which surprised me because she is extremely shy. He also has amazing connections and set us up with a fantastic lender and title company which made for the most comfortable and fun buying process. I can't recommend him enough!!!

Extremely frustrating experience…read more Before signing my lease, I made it very clear that having a reliable A/C system was a necessity for me. I explained that I understood repairs could take a few days if something needed to be fixed, but I never expected to deal with ongoing A/C problems for more than 2 months. Since moving in, the A/C has repeatedly stopped working. I have now been informed that drywall will need to be removed so that ductwork can be installed to vents that were apparently never connected to the A/C system. Finding out that the home has missing or improperly connected ductwork after moving in is extremely concerning. I also never received a move-in inspection before taking possession of the property. Because I rented the home sight unseen, I expected there to be an opportunity to document the condition of the property when I moved in. That never happened. Now I'm almost positive I'll lose my security deposit even with all the videos and pictures I took prior to moving my stuff in. If you are considering renting through Marshall Reddick, I would strongly recommend documenting everything yourself, keeping all communication in writing, and thoroughly inspecting the property before signing or taking possession. And if A/C is a BIG make-it or break-it, like it is for me, then good luck trying to get them to put it into your lease contract. They'll just reassure you it will be just fine. Then months later during the summer you barely have A/C.

Our realtor, Bryan Wickmann is beyond awesome! From day one, which was literally over a year ago, he stepped up to help us find a rental property for our move from CA to TN. When I say step up, I really mean it. Within minutes of meeting Bryan we felt incredibly secure and in great hands. He was so knowledgeable about the different areas of town and shared so much insight which was priceless for two people who had never visited Middle Tennessee before. A year later when it came time to buy our first home we again turned to Bryan as our guide. He was with us every step of the way, encouraging us, championing for us, and being incredibly patient with my incessant texts, emails, and questions! Thank you so much Bryan for all that you did to get us into our perfect starter home. After our offer was accepted we were immediately put in contact with Summer from Team Wilson who gave us weekly Tuesday updates. Seriously, they are on top of everything. When Summer was unavailable, Mariah would check in. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and personable. Additionally, Bryan and his Team were able to connect us with another fantastic mortgage company. The two companies have such a great working relationship which truly made our entire home buying experience as easy as possible.

You're literally exposing yourself financially, highlighting all of the bad things you've done with your money and credit score. Not to worry, because Team Wilson is a judgment free zone! I was blown away at how easy they made it feel. From getting the pre-approval letter, to submitting the proper paperwork, and scheduling home walkthroughs, it was all a breeze. Surprisingly, house hunting was the hardest part of this process. After home walk through number twenty, they all seem to look alike. Bryan our agent was the best. He was super flexible and always available at a moments notice. I think in one day he looked at over twelve homes with us, which was the day we found our current house! I never thought I would be a home owner, but the awesome people at Team Wilson and our fantastic agent, Bryan Wickman, made it happen. Fun fact - When we met Bryan, about a year ago, we were looking for a rental and he told us then you'll probably be ready to purchase a home by the end of this lease agreement. Sure enough, here I am writing this review almost a year to-the-day in my new home office. Keep killing the game, Team Wilson!
