One thing I really appreciated was working with the same therapist each time, someone who gets to know your injury and your abilities, goals, and progression really well, and uses that information to tailor your program. This was not my experience a few years ago at Rothman, and it's why I left there. That personalization makes a big difference in the recovery process. Every staff member from the therapists to the assistants to front reception are so friendly and down-to-earth. You can tell they love what they do. I always looked forward to going there because they made therapy FUN actually, and most importantly, I would leave feeling noticeable physical improvement. Shoutout to my therapist Sean. Extremely knowledgeable, super nice guy who always made sure I was being appropriately challenged and was not in any pain. Thanks to him, I am back on track and able to resume normal levels of activity. If I'm injured again, there is no doubt I'll be going back to 3D. He takes time to review each patients medical history before seeing them and looks for the root of the problem rather than treating the symptoms. I'm always able to get in, and after he addresses the reason for my visit, he always makes a point to ask how I'm doing otherwise because he knows and remembers things from my personal life.
