Everyone in the area seems to like these two instructors but they are two of the rudest people I've…read moreever met in my life. I have a special needs son. Rose screamed at him nonstop behind the wheel, said his learning disability was an excuse for poor driving. Because classes are virtual because of COVID19, I was able to sit in the background and see how the class would play out. Ron would ignore him completely during class and always get chit-chatty with the young ladies in the class. In one scenario, Ron asked him to read a paragraph from the book, but he had to take 5 seconds to connect his microphone. Ron skipped right over him and asked some girl in the class to do it instead. He never did that to any of the other students. He waited for the other kids. But when it was my son's turn, he skipped right over him like a jerk. I did not feel as though his concerns or questions were thoroughly addressed in the class, and I did not feel as though the professor wanted to teach my son. He would spend the first 30 minutes of each class chit chatting with everyone about things completely unrelated to the class. Like seriously, man, save it for after the class. I didn't pay $485 for my son to go listen to you and some other kid babble about chocolate milk for a half hour. I signed him up to learn how to drive. Needless to say, I'm pursuing my money back via court when the class is over. Absolutely appalling school and I would NOT recommend anyone send their kids there. These guys should be shut down.

Every minute was worthwhile and he focused on my weak points rather than wasting time on things I already felt comfortable with. He had all kinds of useful tips and pointers that I still use to this day. However, the best part came seven years later. I just moved to Boston and got a car. However, I had forgotten how to parallel park (not something you do all that much in Vermont!). I just called him to ask if he could remind me of his handy tips for how to parallel park. He called me back within 30 minutes and gave me an excellent refresher. So sweet of him! If I could, I'd take another driving class with him any day.

After course, student did not feel comfortable with many basic driving skills like parking the car, making turns onto a busy road, parallel parking. Student did not get any experience changing lanes on multi-laned road as most of the driving was done on back country 2-lane roads.
