Edit 04/18/23. These people have no integrity. Not good at all. I brought my car in because it was leaking coolant and the check engine light came on. After almost $1,200.00 in repair im still leaking coolant. They quoted me for a part that THEY JUST REPLACED and I was going to point that out but I think they caught it because this time I wasn't walking home in the snow but borrowing a rental car from them. BUT IM STILL LEAKING COOLANT. So I will be going to a different mechanic so this problem can get fixed the right way at an affordable cost NOT THROUGH TEAM MAZDA. They charged me $155.00 an hour TO NOT FIX MY Vehicle. Just to be clear, its 4 free oil changes but I've been filling my coolant up at home out of my wallet this whole time. Coolant jug after coolant jug doesn't make these free oil changes that great. My caps don't get put back on tightly when changing fluids, my tires don't get checked when I get an oil change so when I leave after my oil change I have to stop at les wab the following day because every single tire is low. The computer doesn't get reset when I get an oil change. I don't recommend the mechanic side of this operation. They cost $75 more an hour than most mechanics in the treasure valley but they don't know what they're doing. I'm not sure what they are doing because a simple oil change should not take an hour and a half. read more

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, continuously. Staff is always rude and condescending, and have repeatedly forgotten to inform me when my oil change is finished so I end up waiting for over an hour every time. They threatened to void my warranty because I had gone 500 miles over before getting it changed. Just overall a terrible experience and will never purchase a vehicle from them again. THEY LIE ABOUT WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR CAR HERE!! My check engine light came on and I took my car here to check it out. Firstly, I was waiting for 2 hours before anyone even talked to me about what was going on with my car! While I was waiting I was hearing them be very sketchy toward other customers telling them that their bills would be higher than expected without telling them the cost! I already had a bad feeling. They told me that they were going to condemn my engine and that it failed due to low compression, metal fragments and scoring on my engine (a 2016 Mazda) that it'd be 7K to replace the engine or (immediately brought up) I could just trade in my car (for next to nothing) and buy a new one through them!! I decided I needed another quote from another dealership Dennis Dillon (Go here!!!) they told me that my compression was absolutely fine, that the scoring was minimal and normal, and that the only thing was a minor fix on my fuel injector. I did not need a new engine! DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

I've called due to different issues with my vehicle and I leave countless messages and nobody, absolutely NOBODY calls back. It's a hassle to drive to Caldwell from Mountain Home just to voice an issue or concern with my vehicle. I also had asked for an oil change outside of maintenance being done that wasn't done. I would give this dealership 0 out of 5 if possible. I would buy from elsewhere. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

First few minutes of driving the Jeep Compass High Altitude there was a little bit of rubbing sound asked what it was sales guy said it was because of the new tires. Not even a week later I take it in and they have to flush the power steering in my car and replace the power steering pump and told when they were flushing it and it had to sit "overnight" to let it sit and let the flush do it's thing then I went in next day to get it still not ready they didn't even call to tell me what they were doing and all of this was not covered by warranty only when I went in to pick up my car to find it wasn't ready not very professional and I live an hour a way and it was only when I made a stink there that they gave me a rental to use when I was having to get rides when I could to get over to their dealership now I'm stuck with it and the supervisor Chris said it was my problem basically and that they would just cover the recent fixes for now.
