Absolute worst experience with this company. Their slogan should be "we don't care and it shows!" The workers for the most part were good and nice. We didn't have any issues with them. But it took so many times for them to come out to fix what asked and paid for and there still are areas in our sprinkler system that don't work. They are terrible at returning phone calls. They do not believe in communication. Quick to take your money and then plant whatever the hell they want on your property without notifying you in any way. No apologies or explanations are ever given. Even when Todd (owner) says he'll come back out and fix mistakes, you can't ever get anyone to call you back. His office manager Mandy tries her best to handle the chaos and appreciated her efforts when she was available. The list goes on and on. My grandparents called them to have them come look at the lawn and treat it, team green said they would come do it but never showed up, grandparents called they said they come the next day, still never showed up and have yet to call, if you don't want to do the job don't tell the customer you'll come do it and then refuse to answer or call. 100% do not recommend doing business with these thieves!!!!! They did work in our neighborhood and came back and stole a side-by-side. Planned it out, and came back in the middle of the night. Hot wired it, drove it off, and loaded it onto the owners company truck and flatbed trailer at a business who had let them turn around on their property. The owner admitted to knowing his employee had the side by side on another job, and did not call the police. Instead he towed it and impeded on an investigation. Hired Team Green to do my backyard. They came and did a little work and then would stop working. I had to call him several times to come back and finish. I asked him about drainage and he said he forgot to do it and then he did some drainage. His crew also stole a shovel from my yard. A few years later the crawl space under my house was flooded due to drainage that he said he did. The drainage has done severe damage to my property. I have had a hire a new contractor to do proper drainage and had extensive work done to remove the water from the crawl space from my property. If I could give negative stars, I would. Team Green will not return messages to get the situation sorted. read more
