I called for the…read morestore hours and they were only open 9-4 for winter hours, Dawn was very nice and waited for me until 5:45. I went in and chose my hot tub. They were set up to deliver it on Saturday the 3rd but for them to deliver it I had to move my toy hauler. They called ahead of time and told me they were loading up and heading out. I immediately went out to move my toy hauler. Needless to say when I opened the garage there was over a foot of snow on the ground. I got my trailer stuck, I got my truck stuck, it was a very shitty morning. So as I'm trying to get everything out of the holes I buried it in they show up with my hot tub. I immediately apologize because there is no way they're getting it back there with my truck stuck in the way and I feel bad for wasting their time. Without hesitation they unhook the spa dolly put chains on their truck and pull me out of my mess, then hook to my toy hauler and pull it out as well. After I wasted over 2 hours of their time they happily still set up my hot tub. Then we blew a fuse from a wire not being hooked up (not his fault) and he drove all the way back to his shop in Elko to get the fuse I needed. He was already wet from laying in the snow to put chains on when the hose came out of the tub and drenched him. Not once did his smile ever leave his face. It was an awesome experience to turn around a terrible day! They are incredible people! You may think it's cheaper to go out of town for your spa but I looked and it isn't not to mention their customer service is priceless! Thank you for all your help I can not thank you enough! We had a destroyed section of Fence, two fence posts that needed replaced and cemented in and a large gate that needed major repairs, and a small gate rehung. The gentleman got back to the Lamoille Women's Club with a very reasonable bid that afternoon. We asked if the work could be completed before the end of June for the Lamoille Fair. He assured us it was possible. Our fence was totally repaired within two weeks. The quality of repair was outstanding. Our large gate has not opened and swings like new. Our chain link fence will now last many more years. The damage was due to others using country roads. We are fortunate that Infinity Fence saw the value of the quick repair so that we can keep the children safe for the Lamoille Country Fair and the Pumpkin Festival.
