There are two lanes for a reason. One of the staff members quickly de-escalated the situation by explaining to the customer that there were, indeed, two lanes. Naturally, the customer continued to rant about how wrong and disrespectful "cutting the line" was, but the staff member stayed to his point that the lanes were made available to all customers. I pay a $30 monthly fee for the best car wash they have and wash my car every 3-4 days. In the winter, I wash it after every snowstorm or when the City spreads salt on the streets. For the most part, my car always comes out clean, but I wouldn't say spotless. Service is always friendly. What always has me coming back though is the tire shine. Every time I was my car, the tires and rims come out shiny and it lasts! Tips: Vacuums are not as powerful as you'd like them to be. Better off doing it at home.

A normal car wash did nothing, nor did the various chemicals the car wash tried. I went to another detailing place, and they said that they could try to remove it with another acid for ~$300-400. I don't know about you, but I don't exactly have that kind of money saved for emergency limestone situations. I was about ready to go on living with splotchy beige stains all over my bright blue car, until I heard about Valhalla. I called first, and they said to come by for an assessment. Ivan took a look and told me for $120 and 60 minutes, he'd sand it off right there. And he did! Before doing it all, he showed me what one spot removed looked like, and noted that some of the clear coating had already been damaged by the limestone. But it was barely noticeable, so I wasn't complaining! I'm so grateful for the efficiency and quality of Valhalla's work. I didn't use Valhalla for typical detailing work, but I imagine that if they can deal with the tough stuff, the average detailing would be great! They do mobile detailing (where they pick up your car for you), but if you decide to head over there yourself, note that the shop is hard to see from the road. It's next to Lee's Garage with yellow awnings.
