I was contacted anonymously (by someone with a menacing looking icon), saying Love Chrysler had been bought out; I responded that I wait to hear from the owner regarding my issues. I have shared my concerns with Rep. Todd Hunter. In truth, I hate writing negative reviews, but as a potentially large sum of money is involved here, and no response was ever given, I felt compelled to write on Yelp.

The waiting area is one of the best I've seen in the area, they have plenty of sitting, vending machines and plenty refreshments (coffee,water). They have a nice area specifically for young children which is nicely secured. They even have two game consoles (ps, x-box) for the more active ones. The place is well kept and clean as it should be. Michele Ramirez at the service department is the best and a very good hearted person, on the other hand the mechanic side of this business lacks in some ways. Me personally I think they could have given more of an effort in servicing my vehicle. But like I said that is a matter of personnel opinion.
