I have nothing against the quality of the furniture. What's more, I actually love the design and quality and the story behind the furnitures.
Despite all that I am deceived by the quality of the service at that particular store. We arranged an appointment to discuss the set-up and order of a kitchen for our new apartment. The team member with whom we had the appointment ridiculized, among others, the size of our kitchen. We felt he didn't take us seriously at all. He told us he'd contact us again within two week for a follow-up appointment, which he never actually did. After a month I tried to reach out again without success. Never received a call back.
Again I don't doubt about the quality and taste of the designs but we were left with a really bad taste. We were quite surprised about the fact that someone with such bad manners is left with the responsibility of managing such a high quality products. We finally decided to go on with another kitchen designer/provider. read more
