They were able to bring us up to speed from our extremely old and outdated origin from our previous provider. Our credibility, reliability, and reputation requires and demands nothing less than our top notch services and we needed a web developing company that could embrace this. Benson Design was able to help us create the vision we were wanting to express for our services. From changes of the algorithms for our calculator section to the right photos conveying our concerns and emotional frustrations felt by deprived plaintiff's who have been wronged by malicious debtors, along with their creation of our youtube video. All of which needed to convey and encompass our goals and efforts in our ability to recovering stolen assets from corrupt and malicious people. Benson Design was able to help us not only get it right with our look and image, but they also kept us focused on the right way to present our website in the most professional and effective manner. Benson Design are not that "simple" web design company that will simply take your money to build you a cookie cutter designed site just so they can check the box and move on. These guys really do put in their time, effort, and patience with us in helping us not just to design a website that looks great from our perspective but more importantly from our viewers perspective when visiting our site. Their team really took an aggressive approach in creating our website that wasn't just to our satisfaction but beyond that and more importantly, they were helping us strategize our look and our message to convey our service and capabilities in the most effective way possible. Benson Design is our web development company and we are very lucky we found these guys to assist us with everything and we will be adding new features in the future and most likely another website down the road. We are beyond extremely proud of our new website and we know we could not have done it with out these guys. We truly enjoyed working with Benson Design and their whole team and how they made us feel as we were their top priority. They are definitely our "go-to" company for all of our future web marketing needs. Thanks so much to Natalie, Tami, Roland, Chris, and the rest of team at Benson Design. These guys are absolutely the best and we could not of done any of this with out their professional expertise. Our website looks beyond amazing because of them. Benson Design is the best !!!! :) Sincerely, Todd Garrett, Rapid Response Judgment Enforcement.

Horrible signs! They don't back their work. They sold us & installed 2 signs that looked very dull…read moreand washed out. Paid around $3800. This amount did not include the actual face of the sign because they were just applying graphics to the acrylic signs that were already on the building and signage on the business signs out front. We were told they looked dull because of the lighting behind them. So we were trying to get the lighting fixed. Found out it was not the lighting behind them. Asked them to fix the signs so they're not dull and washed out because you can barely see them and it was not the lighting. They blamed it on the graphics file we sent them because it was a photo file, but they never asked us for a different file. The first time we heard about a problem with the file was yesterday when we asked them to fix the signs because it was not a problem with the lighting. They said they needed an AI or eps file. I had both types of files that I could've gave them if they had informed me the first time that they needed them. They said it was $2,117.41 to fix their crappy work. Definitely go somewhere else.
