The wait staff is excellent, and Mandy is quick to respond whenever you have questions. She did a terrific job coordinating set up with flowers, cake, and DJ. She also accommodated cutting chocolate cake with a separate set of cutting and serving tools when we made her aware of a guest with a severe allergy. We received many positive comments on the food, and it was absolutely beautiful! We highly recommend!! Thank you Romer's!

Jennifer contacted me to let me know they were out of blue irises because they are out of season and saw that my mother has gotten many blue flowers before and how much they all like my mom there. She apologized and asked if they could substitute. During this time I was in the middle of a migraine and quickly said yes and any color would do. I told her I only picked blue to match the store and that my mom liked blue and white decorations in the winter like snowflakes and snowmen. She was so pleasant and patient with me. My mom sent me a picture of the flowers and they used a blue vase, white flowers and added snowflakes. My mom absolutely loved it. Ty and his wife Christina photographed our wedding on May 16, 2015 in Sidney, OH and we couldn't…read morehave been happier! Every aspect of working with Ty was wonderful and easy. I first contacted Ty before our wedding date was even set and he was always prompt and thorough with his replies. He was very accommodating to our circumstances (I was in Iowa, my fiance was in Maryland, and the wedding was in Ohio) and happily met with us while we were in Ohio visiting family for Christmas. I even asked Ty a question once that was totally unrelated to photography, but had more to do with another vendor's question, and he happily responded to my question, even though it wasn't related to his business. I felt that Ty and Christina were always very warm and friendly, down-to-earth, and very professional. Ty didn't barrage us with unnecessary communication in the time between signing the contract and the wedding and never pushed any of his services, but always offered them with a detailed explanation and sometimes examples of his work. A couple weeks before the wedding we got the final details worked out and my husband and I got a text from Ty the morning of the wedding with the first timeline details. Ty and Christina were wonderful to work with on the day of the wedding. Everything was on time and there were no surprises or miscommunications. They were both very easy-going and relaxed, which helped us relax. They never got in the way or were in any way demanding. They just went with the flow of the day and the atmosphere. We had a lot of small children in and at the wedding and both Ty and Christina were wonderful with working with them. There were so many great shots of the kids and Ty and Christina didn't mind making themselves look a little silly in order to get the little ones' attentions during family photos. One photo had a 2 year old and 3 babies under 9 months and they're all looking at the camera! Ty and Christina held a great balance of guiding us through parts of the day and being completely invisible to us at other times. They were also flexible and prepared for the weather. It rained all day the day of the wedding so there wasn't much natural light in the sanctuary for the ceremony. Ty provided lighting that not only enhanced the photos, but gave our guests a better experience. They even came prepared with clear umbrellas and towels so we could take a few pictures outside in the rain (some of our favorites!) They never stopped snapping photos at the reception and got a lot of great moments of us and our guests on the dance floor. Ty got the finished photos to us in 3 weeks - 665 photos. We were extremely pleased with the shots. We have gotten so many compliments on the photos. Ty and Christina were able to understand the tone we wanted for our wedding (classic, timeless) and the photos absolutely match. I would highly recommend hiring them for any event you want documented!

On the wedding day Ty and Christina helped me relax with how amazing they handled everything. They showed up early to the venue to scout it out and find good areas for pictures, they kept with the schedule we made beforehand, they interacted well with the whole wedding party making us feel relaxed and laughing for some pictures. I had my wedding pictures edited and sent to me about 10 days after the wedding, I think! And the pictures were amazing!! I have them all over our house as well as my parents and in-laws. I highly recommend Ty and Christina! My venue and photographer were my favorite two vendors!
